Role: ITS Field Service Technician- EPOS
Located: Field Based - Covering Swindon (SN), Bristol (BS), Bath (BA), Oxford (OX), Gloucester (GL) and Salisbury (SP)
Package: Competitive pay, plus bonus, company vehicle, pension and additional company benefits
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week working Thursday - Monday

Responsibilities:
- To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities while carrying out day-to-day duties.
- Manage and control vehicle/site stock to improve first-time fix levels for customers.
- Manage used stock returns to ensure maximum throughput into the repair cycle.
- Effectively repair customer equipment to maintain the highest levels of first-time fix.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through customer centricity.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in the service and repair of a broad range of EPOS and IT equipment, including but not limited to: Tills, Printers, PEDS (Payment Electronic Data Interchange Systems), Scanners, Access Points (APs), Switches & Routers.
- Good product knowledge across retail and IT hardware/images and OS.
- Proven fault-finding technique.
- IT literate.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of company service procedures.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task to meet service priorities.
- Ability to work under own initiative in pressured situations to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Good understanding of stock control.
