A well-established British retail brand, known for its high-quality fashion, homeware, and accessories, is looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Manchester. Along with a salary of £30,026.88 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working (1-day per week from home) and fully structured onsite training. As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a top-tier service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat
- Assisting with enquiries, including account issues and order tracking
- Building trust and establishing a strong rapport
- Actively listening to understand needs and provide effective solutions
- Solving problems efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Focusing purely on service—no sales targets involved
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm & Sunday 7am – 3pm (36 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday 11am – 7pm & Sunday 10am – 6pm (36 hours per week)
Training: Monday 24th February 2025 – Friday 7th March 2025 (Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, onsite)
