York Hospital is seeking a Monitor Technician to join our Medical Surgical Team! At York, we are more than just a hospital. Primary Responsibilities include:
- Continuous observation, interpretation, and documentation of ECG data of monitored patients.
- Report arrhythmias and significant variances of heart rates and rhythms to the patient's nurse.
- Assists with admitting/discharging patients within the telemetry system.
- Monitors normal and variant cardiac rates and rhythms.
- Telemetry system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Assist nurses with patient movement and EKGs.
- Clerical, chart maintenance, supply orders, and any other duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum (1) or more years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Excellent customer service/bedside skills.
- Computer skills are a must.
