We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chadderton. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Coordinators and Contract Engineers, delegating tasks and addressing escalations ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and technical assistance. You will work closely with our engineering team to understand product specifications and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing customer service teams.
