Sentara Therapy Solutions Stafford is looking for a Full-Time Day shift Physical Therapist Assistant. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. You may assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.
Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Education: Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required), obtained in a CAPTE-accredited two-year associate degree program.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification, American Heart Association (AHA), RQI American Heart Association (AHA).
Experience: 2 years.
