The 2-Day course allows for more practice and personalised time with the trainers. This Personal Impact Course is also available as a 2 hour, one-to-one remote session. Choose your preferred time, have a briefing call with your dedicated trainer, and start your journey to greater influence. This course is only available as one-to-one skills training.

Format: This course is available in Face-to-Face, Hybrid and Remote formats unless otherwise stated. This comprehensive two-day Personal Impact Course will give you a deep understanding of the impact you make and equip you with strategies to enhance your professional presence.
DAY ONE:
- What makes an impact and how people impact one another
- The Foundations of Making an Impact
- Styles and Strengths
- Emotional Intelligence in Professional Settings
- Techniques for Persuasion, Motivation, and Inspiration
This course isn’t about changing who you are but about making small, powerful adjustments that can significantly enhance your impact and influence in the workplace. Your Personal Impact includes receiving feedback on your strengths and qualities.
A total of 6 (SIX) hours CPD study will be completed for 1 day course and 12 (TWELVE) hours CPD study for 2 day course.
Ongoing Support Service: Email and telephone access to both of your trainers. You will also have access to the Personal Impact post-course web page, giving access to the extensive material and imagery including:
- Handouts used during the course
- New supportive material
- Impact Factory PDF documents
- Recommended reading and links to our favourite videos
