The position of Senior Lecturer has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post.
At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery; in this instance, oversight of the digital component of the MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (M58), which is accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council. The post holder will work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision, and tuition to masterβs and, where appropriate, doctoral students, as required.
The post holder will also be involved in recruitment and assessment processes and will assist flexibly in all aspects of course delivery within the portfolio and other portfolios where relevant.
