This is a business in the thick of creative brilliance, cultural evolution, and bold transformation. Fresh off the back of a recent acquisition, the London office - 50-strong and fiercely collaborative, needs a hands-on, heart-led HRBP to help bring two businesses and two cultures together. You’ll be leading the charge on everything from systems integration to performance transformation, embedding a people-first experience that reflects the agency’s big ambitions. Reporting to the SVP HR in NYC and working closely with a brilliant London leadership team, you’ll help shape what great looks like from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Integration & Systems
- Lead the UK migration to our global HRIS (UKG), including data accuracy, training and adoption
- Standardise contracts, benefits, and HR processes across both legacy and acquired teams
- Align onboarding/offboarding processes and manage documentation to ensure compliance and consistency
- Own and maintain all employee records and data reporting
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Be the go-to person for employee queries and first-line support on ER issues
- Manage and advise on conflict resolution, redundancies, grievances, and performance concerns
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, contract changes and upcoming UK employment legislation updates
- Partner closely with leadership to balance legacy practices with emerging standards
- Performance & Culture
- Consolidate two performance systems into one consistent, feedback-led framework
- Coach and support managers through development conversations and reviews
- Keep culture front and centre, helping to preserve what’s unique in both teams while building one cohesive employee experience
- Run engagement initiatives, employee surveys and interpret feedback into action
- Recruitment & Talent
- Lead low-volume, high-impact hiring across creative, operational and strategic roles
- Manage job specs, sourcing, candidate experience and onboarding
- Advise on inclusive hiring practices that reflect the agency’s values and pace
Who we’re looking for:
- Solid background in HR, with experience in a standalone or generalist HRBP role
- Proven experience navigating change, ambiguity, and integration
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, contracts and compliance
- Skilled across the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, payroll support, ER, performance
- Familiar with HR systems - UKG experience is a bonus
- Brilliant communicator, calm under pressure, and credible with both creatives and leadership
- Someone who “gets” the creative world, its energy, informality, and fast pace
This is your chance to lead with heart and head and to shape a people experience where creativity and culture thrive together. If that sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.
