Hospice in the Weald would love you to join our dynamic hospice team. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Palliative Care to provide high-quality, patient-centred care on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work at our Cottage Hospice and our Pembury inpatient wards.
You will have or be working towards an MSC in Advanced Practice and be a non-medical prescriber with a physical assessments qualification. You will have advanced communication skills, clinical assessment and diagnosis, and decision-making skills within a variety of general and palliative diagnoses.
The salary is £53,755 to £60,504 (FTE) depending on experience. You will work closely with our medical and multidisciplinary teams and be part of the 1st on-call rota on an ad hoc basis.
