What you’ll be doing: As a Clinical Specialist, you will become an expert on our client’s portfolio of products, providing best-in-class training to customers across South Wales. You will be a consistent point of contact for your customers’ requests and needs. Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

  • Training theatre staff and new employees across your region in the best use of our client’s product portfolio
  • Ensuring theatre staff have all necessary equipment for top-class patient care by building strong, value-based relationships
  • Day-to-day account management of hospitals in your assigned area
  • Gathering market information from your time in the field and relaying it to appropriate internal teams, such as sales and marketing

A bit about you: Ideally, you’ll be based in South Wales and can travel consistently across your working week. You’ll have an understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the desire to become a true market expert in both fields.

  • A proactive communicator that actively seeks to provide an engaging customer experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, managing conflicting priorities is crucial for this role
