Ann Tayler Children and Family Hub is looking to appoint Nursery Education Officers to join our outstanding team to improve the outcomes for children in Hackney. Your role will be to help us achieve a safe, healthy and stimulating environment where activities enable children to grow and develop in line with good practice standards.
As an excellent communicator, you will need to be enthusiastic and committed to rising standards. We have an extensive staff training programme that will support you to progress and continue to develop your skills and understandings. These are ideal positions for experienced professionals looking to be an integral part of a team within a setting that provides an outstanding personal service to diverse families in the community.
Significant professional experience of working within a culturally diverse educational childcare environment is essential. You must have good interpersonal and relationship building skills and possess good assessment skills. An NVQ3 qualification in childcare learning & development or equivalent is essential for this role. You will be required to work flexible hours as the centre operates a shift system.
