Responsibilities

• Provide care for individuals in their homes and support them with daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housework duties and meal preparation.
• Assist clients to access the local community or participate in activities further afield to enrich their daily lives.

Our team supports clients in rehabilitation, provides respite for families caring for their loved ones who need a break, and we have a team who speaks many languages and can often provide support in a client’s first language of choice.

Qualifications & requirements

• Full-time driving licence is essential.
• All successful applicants must be DBS checked prior to employment as a mandatory requirement to work with vulnerable adults and children.
• We provide full training and offer a generous annual leave entitlement; as a growing company, career prospects are good.
