Job Description: Project Manager – Fit Out Contractor (London) Location: Hackney, London Salary: Circa £80,000 + comprehensive package (details below) 4Site are working with a leading Fit Out Contractor, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their ambitious and dynamic team. Specialising in CAT A and CAT B projects ranging from £1m to £10m, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative and high-profile London-based projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. * Oversee and manage commercial packages on-site, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. * Drive high-quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal Candidate: * Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector, particularly on CAT A and CAT B projects. * Strong commercial acumen with experience managing site-based commercial packages. * Highly client-facing, professional, and adept at building lasting relationships. * Proven track record of delivering projects ranging from £1m to £10m. * Ambitious, motivated, and aligned with a team-oriented culture.
