Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in providing assistance to our service users in their own homes, requiring strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities
• Engage with service user to provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and any observations made

Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service user and colleagues
• Ability to follow and implement support plans effectively
• Must be a car driver
• Experience working with young adults with behaviours that challenge and LD
