The Role:
As a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of high-value commercial property matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Development projects
Commercial leases
Investment property transactions

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property law
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ambition to lead and contribute to a thriving department
