Job Opportunity: UK Qualified Barrister in Offshore Litigation

The BVI office of a major offshore firm is seeking a UK qualified barrister to join its market-leading litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling large-scale cross-border insolvency litigation.
2. Managing complex general commercial cases, including professional negligence, contentious banking and finance matters, cross-border fraud, and asset tracing claims.
3. Engaging in advocacy work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be UK qualified.
• Preference given to candidates already offshore.

Compensation and Benefits:

An attractive offshore package is offered, commensurate with experience. The income tax rate in the BVI is only 8%, paid by the employee.
