An opportunity still exists for a junior/mid-level associate to join the corporate team of a major offshore firm in Jersey. The practice specializes in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity, and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.

The firm seeks candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualified experience from London, Dublin, Australia, New Zealand, and top UK regional firms.
