Practice Administrator – Wealth Management
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience
Working as part of the team at a Partner Practice of St. James\’s Place Plc, providing bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of clients, including individuals, families, and businesses.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and proactive Administrator with experience in financial services or wealth management.
You will join a fast-paced team, managing workload and offering support as required. The business is well established and highly successful.
The Role: Practice Administrator – Wealth Management
- You will provide high-level administrative support while maintaining excellent customer service to clients of the Practice.
- You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties, handling both general and technical enquiries.
- You will set up clients\’ annual reviews, produce and collate key data, and prepare relevant illustrations, projections, valuations, and compliance documentation.
- You will manage Salesforce, ensuring all client details are up to date.
- You will handle post-review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, drawdowns, and changes to contribution portfolios.
- You will track the Business Pipeline and provide regular updates to Clients and Advisers, ensuring seamless communication.
The Person: Practice Administrator – Wealth Management
This role suits a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using initiative and has a proactive working style.
- You will have experience working in Financial Services, ideally with a St. James\’s Place Practice or an IFA, with good all-round knowledge you seek to expand and develop.
- You enjoy liaising with Clients and colleagues, with a natural ability to build rapport and effective working relationships.
- You possess excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organized, and capable of making decisions.
- Experience with CRM Salesforce is preferred.
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently.
- Confidence in dealing with third parties and maintaining discretion is essential.
