Job Description:

A rapidly growing fund manager with a strong track record is looking to expand its operations team with an experienced analyst. They seek a senior operations analyst with approximately 3–5 years of buyside experience to join and immediately contribute. The firm has been performing well, with steadily increasing assets under management, making this an exciting opportunity. The team is close-knit and collaborative.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in macro products. Key responsibilities include managing the trade lifecycle of complex deals and structures, handling corporate actions, resolving failed trades, and participating in projects to enhance existing infrastructure.

As part of a boutique setup in an open-plan office, you should be comfortable navigating different areas of the business. There will be ample opportunities to interact with and understand the operations of various desks within the fund.
