Floor Manager

Floor Manager Job Description:

Maintain high service standards by supervising and training front-of-house employees.

Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and productive workflows.

Work with the kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered on time.

Monitor inventory of necessary goods and manage stock levels to provide continuous service.

Assist in scheduling and ensuring staff coverage during busy periods and special events.

Maintain hygienic, safety, and health regulations by ensuring that all procedures are followed.

Report to management regularly, including floor performance and any operational issues.

Employment: Full-time
Salary: £29,000 – £38,700 yearly
