Aufgabengebiet
- Definiere und evaluiere Anforderungen für die ERP-, CRM- und SDK.
- Automatisiere und digitalisiere manuelle Abläufe zur weiteren Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse, nachdem die Anfragen bei euch im Team aufliegen.
- Erkenne proaktiv Verbesserungspotenziale und überlege zusammen mit den Abteilungen, wie eine digitale Lösung aussehen kann.
- Incident Management: Fehleranalyse z.B. der OCR-Erkennung – Seriennummer des Belegs wird nicht mehr erkannt.
- Beispielprojekt: Ablösen einer physischen Registrierkasse mit Einführung einer Plattform zum Hochladen mit Direktbuchung auf das Projekt sowie Automatisierung der Auszahlung mit dem Lohn.
Skill-Set
- Du arbeitest seit einigen Jahren im ERP Consulting / Beratung - Inhouse oder in der externen Beratung, v.a. im Microsoft Umfeld (Navision).
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder HTL mit starkem IT Bezug, z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science, Digital Business o.ä.
- Die meisten Tools rund um CRM, MS-Plattform, Datenbanken (SQL), Power Automate oder Power Apps sagen dir was und du kannst dein Wissen hierauf anwenden.
- IT-Prozesse kannst du analysieren und Digitalisierungspotenziale erkennen.
