The Qualities we are Looking for

• Essential qualities of a Care Assistant include having a genuine concern for others, demonstrating kindness, compassion, and patience.
• We ask our Care Assistants for a commitment to some evening and weekend working hours.
• It is essential to have a Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle to be considered for this role.
• We also welcome applications from individuals with previous Carer or Support Worker experience. We can offer you a stable career in these uncertain times.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team. To make this possible, we offer:
