We’re supporting a leading legal and advisory firm in the delivery of a complex, multi-stream regulatory remediation programme for a UK financial services client. As part of this, we’re hiring an experienced Remediation Project Manager to lead delivery across key remediation workstreams, with a particular focus on operational oversight, governance, and client assurance. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in central London three days per week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end programme delivery across remediation and redress workstreams
  • Overseeing timelines, resource planning, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinating across delivery teams including data, complaints, technical, and modelling leads
  • Providing assurance to internal and client stakeholders on programme health and regulatory readiness
  • Supporting reporting outputs, governance artefacts, and regulatory-facing documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead within regulatory remediation
  • Proven track record managing operations-heavy or compliance-led change programmes
  • Background in banking, insurance, or professional services delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work at pace across multiple workstreams
  • Familiarity with redress, consumer duty, or FCA-facing assurance work (highly desirable)
