Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work remotely in the UK, with occasional visits to our Bournemouth HQ. The role offers a salary of £35,000 plus benefits including pension, life insurance, discounted travel, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach a team of 60-80 Travel Consultants, guiding their growth and success.
- Assist TCs in finding suppliers, utilizing technology, and building confidence.
- Identify business opportunities and teach TCs to do the same.
- Train TCs in closing deals and managing their sales effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing to equip TCs with promotional tools.
- Ensure excellent customer service from TCs.
- Track team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven coaching and mentoring ability.
- Experience in achieving sales targets within the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience in sales management.
- Familiarity with technology tools and social media.
- Knowledge of marketing principles.
- Customer service excellence.
- Self-motivated with in-depth travel industry knowledge.
Desirable Qualifications
- Successful entrepreneurial experience.
- Experience in lead generation and marketing channels.
- Professional coaching qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5).
