Our prestigious client situated on Princes Street is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant on a temporary, ongoing basis. Pay rate of £12.54 per hour Your Time at Work As a F&B Assistant, you’ll be passionate about drinks culture, our innovative menu, and a strong team player to ensure our guests are provided with world-class cocktails, exceptional whiskies, and locally sourced Scottish small-bite cuisine. The F&B team are essential to the overall running of the Bar operations, assisting the Bartenders and Kitchen staff in providing exceptional customer service and serving innovative and world-class drinks. You’ll effectively and consistently restock the bar and food serving stations while ensuing all glassware and serving utensils are continually collected and cleaned. You’ll be prepared to offer advice, guidance, and recommendations to all visitors about Johnnie Walker and the wider Diageo portfolio – to help them explore our flavours on their personal whisky adventure. As well as being a true team player, you’ll be highly organised and able to collaboratively work with others to ensure our guests have unforgettable experiences.
