This home-based Financial Advisor job provides a good flow of leads and referrals for you to build a good client bank.

You will benefit from their strong lead source which has proven to generate a healthy conversion rate. The business aims to provide leads daily to you during your initial months whilst you build your portfolio of clients, with the option for you to reduce how many leads you receive as you get naturally busier.

Typically, the initial advice to clients is on consolidating pension transfers, with an average pot of £200,000; however, through a holistic approach, this often leads onto other areas of financial planning.

The aim is for you to build up to a client bank of around 200. Given their average pension pot is £200k, this equates to £40m of FuM!

Upon obtaining CAS status, you will be provided with full admin and paraplanning, enabling you to focus on providing advice to clients.

Our client is receiving leads across the South East region, so we are happy to consider Financial Advisors based anywhere within the South East.

Financial Advisor Requirements

You should hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
You should hold CAS status as a Financial Advisor.

Financial Advisor Benefits

Self-employed role with Year 1 OTE of £80,000+ (uncapped earnings).
Or potentially, an employed role with a salary of approximately £50,000 plus bonuses.
Home-based role with occasional travel to meet clients face-to-face.
