A well-known FS business has asked us to exclusively source an interim Payroll Manager for a long-term FTC during a complex period.
This role involves managing day-to-day payroll operations and supporting a global transformation project.
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office in the City of London.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions globally.
- Support year-end reporting processes.
- Process monthly reconciliations.
- Provide advice and support to the wider Payroll team.
- Operate in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactively support the transformation project.
Experience
- International Payroll experience is ESSENTIAL, preferably with Polish and US payroll exposure.
- Strong systems knowledge and/or experience with multiple payroll providers.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the team and stakeholders.
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory.
