Chadwick Nott has longstanding relationships spanning over 20 years with leading boutique City and West End law firms.

Many of these firms excel in quality of work, profitability, and earning potential. They are interested in recruiting talented associates and senior associates (minimum 5 PQE) who have an existing client following and the ambition to develop a significant practice.

At this stage, you will be on an upward trajectory toward partnership. However, external factors may impact your ability to grow your practice or the valuation of your skills. As a 5+ PQE lawyer, it is important to position yourself for future partnership.

Our clients seek future partners, and to stand out from other associates, you should confidently bring a client following valued at at least £80-200k, depending on practice area.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years PQE within a UK City or West End law firm and must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales.

You may currently work at a boutique firm or a Top 50 City or US law firm, seeking a more entrepreneurial environment. It is essential that your clients instruct you because of your personal brand rather than institutional clients.
