If you are an experienced HR Advisor and are seeking a responsible role with a progressive and very successful organisation. Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function
- Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment
- Overseeing HR compliance, right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate and up to date staff records ensuring all changes are recorded
- Handling ER issues, dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensuring HR processes and procedures are in line with legal requirements
