WHAT TO EXPECT
As an Auditor you will be primarily responsible for conducting IATF:16949 internal audits across the Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME) function, to evaluate the adequacy of the quality management system through risk management processes. This role will also be required to provide cross functional support for pre, during and post CQ and UTAC Audits.
- Ensure documented processes, standards, and customer specific requirements are being achieved by observing and interviewing those working within the processes.
- Create audit reports on findings and communicate with cross functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Assisting in the resolution of any disagreement or interpretation of audit findings and non-compliance notes.
- Verifying corrective actions and countermeasures to ensure compliance to IATF 16949.
- Validation of evidence submissions against any non-conformances.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- IATF 16949:2016 Lead auditor certified.
- Experience of internal manufacturing audits.
- The ability to identify areas for improvement and to recommend solutions.
- Logical thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
- Confidence in presenting to an audience of all levels / grades.
