Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Technical Specialist located in London. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer service for our range of security products. The role involves daily interaction with clients to resolve technical queries and ensure optimal performance of installed systems. Effective communication with team members and clients is critical to success in this role.
