Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust are recruiting for a Consultancy Manager.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving consultancy, Wildscapes CIC, which is part of Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust. We are looking to recruit a Senior Manager or Senior Leader, depending on experience, to lead the Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver land and water management, ecological services, and BNG.
  • Lead Wildscapes Consultancy as a successful social enterprise, providing ecological, land management, and nature-based solutions for businesses, communities, and wildlife, supporting SRWT’s strategy.
  • Work with the SRWT CEO and Wildscapes Board/Sub-Committee to grow the social enterprise, developing and executing business plans and financial targets.
  • Take full responsibility for all Wildscapes’ operations, including compliance with HR, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Environmental standards, following the Trust’s policies and procedures.
