With a structured and experienced team, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect with construction experience to work on a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project team and manage client relationships.
- Work on a mix of new build and refurbishment projects, primarily based in London.
- Collaborate closely with the project director, design team, clients, and consultants.
- Manage planning submissions, building regulations, and tender packages.
- Contribute to all RIBA stages, from concept through to detailed design.
- Oversee project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
Skills & Experience:
- Part III-qualified or equivalent.
- Experience working at RIBA Stage 4 onwards on commercial projects.
- Construction experience, ideally with refurbishment and repositioning of buildings.
- Fluency in ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential.
- Strong design sensibility and experience with UK regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
