Renowned for delivering high-quality workplace projects across London, they have a strong sustainability focus and expertise in refurbishing and repositioning existing buildings to maximize their potential. With a structured and experienced team, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect with construction experience to work on a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project team and manage client relationships.
  • Work on a mix of new build and refurbishment projects, primarily based in London.
  • Collaborate closely with the project director, design team, clients, and consultants.
  • Manage planning submissions, building regulations, and tender packages.
  • Contribute to all RIBA stages, from concept through to detailed design.
  • Oversee project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Part III-qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience working at RIBA Stage 4 onwards on commercial projects.
  • Construction experience, ideally with refurbishment and repositioning of buildings.
  • Fluency in ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience with UK regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
