Contract: Full Time
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Contracted Hours: 40

As a Business Systems Manager, you will oversee the company’s core business systems, including Finance, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse Management Systems. You will lead a team, collaborate with various departments to ensure systems are effectively used and operational, and maintain relationships with external partners.

• Manage and develop business systems, including administration, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Supervise IT team, set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and ensure service standards are met.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams for seamless system operations.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of business systems.
• Ensure live production systems are operational and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and enforce policies and best practices related to systems management.
• Identify opportunities for technological and process improvements and implement changes.
