This consultancy is looking to expand their London office with a Principal Civil Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity for personal growth and to help grow their Civils Team. What you need to succeed:
- UK design consultancy experience across sectors, notably Residential & Commercial
- Strong client liaison skills and commercial awareness
- Experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, or equivalents
- Hands-on approach with a desire to stay engaged in design and project delivery
- Willingness to grow a Civils team alongside the Regional Director, including mentoring colleagues
