Are you passionate about Real Estate and Data Analysis? We are seeking a talented Property Analyst with strong portfolio Coordinator skills to join our fast-paced Property Management team. In this role, you will create portfolio level reports, analyse financial reports including arrears and collection stats, as well as provide trends on performance analytics data including footfall, retail sales and category trends. You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and expertise in coordinating projects, and maintaining client and colleague relationships. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a desire to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you. Working from the multi-disciplinary Savills Manchester office, you will be sat within our fast-paced Shopping Centre property management team. Our 35+ property management surveyors work in a supportive and collaborative way across multiple property sectors and for a wide range of clients. You will report directly into and support the lead Directors overseeing this portfolio.
