We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on the week commencing 28th April 2025. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.

What's Involved?

As part of our Manufacturing & Engineering teams, you'll work in and around our production sites, gaining practical skills and experience within the UK's largest manufacturing sector—food production. Over four years, you'll complete four rotations, each providing insight into different aspects of our operations. From designing and problem-solving to mastering processes like wrapping 600 chocolate bars a minute or supplying consistent hot water to our cooking lines, you'll develop the knowledge and expertise to excel in a fast-moving, exciting environment.
