Key Skill Areas:

  • Radio Frequency (RF): Experience in Pulsed Power, High Voltage, RF, Antenna Design, or Directed Energy.
  • Low Observability (Stealth Design): Experience in low observability, stealth design, or RF modelling (e.g., CST). Antenna design or metamaterials expertise.
  • Lasers: Systems engineering experience, covering requirements, design, testing, and verification. Knowledge of optical design, atmospheric transmission, and high-speed control/image processing approaches. Software development understanding and comfort with fast-paced projects.
  • System Design and Engineering: System design expertise, especially in RF systems and/or antenna design. Knowledge of Pulse Power or High Voltage design. Experience in bidding or technical project management is beneficial for senior roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics. Passionate about technology and innovation, with a track record of working on cutting-edge projects. Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working from a "blank sheet of paper" to create solutions.
