Key Job Requirements as Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic:
- Accurately diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work to a high standard
- Complete used and new vehicle preparations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with franchise, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
- Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop
- Deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
- Work efficiently and support workshop team targets
Skills & Experience Weβre Looking For:
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (essential)
- Commercial vehicle experience (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience working in a franchised, high-volume workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
