Tasks
- Your area of operation is primarily in the south of the UK.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the petrochemical production, refining, construction, environmental remediation industry, or any industry needing liquid handling and storage solutions.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services at regular trade markets.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Regular supervision of the local depot (material supervising, check of quality, check of material status).
- Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Supervise statutory health and safety regulations.
- Keep records of all incidents and other circumstances.
- Perform other tasks that occur in daily business.
Requirements
- Educated with a focus on marketing or comparable training.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- Experience in the pump industry and/or industrial cleaning industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Driving license.
- Previous knowledge of the rental sector would be desirable.
