We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join our team. In the role you will partner with UK based hyperscale Data Center client to ensure delivery of mission critical projects.
What you’ll do:
- On-site works such as snagging, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
- Ensuring all the associated paperwork is completed to the highest standard.
- The ability to develop and manage a detailed project delivery schedule and work plan.
- Site surveys, resource forecasting and contract pricing input.
- Ensure quality control procedures are implemented in-line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Assist with technical submittals following detailed project approval processes.
- Completing health and safety documentation as required.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Data Center Environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Controls, Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Services Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in designing building control systems (often referred to as BMS, BAS, or HVAC Controls).
- Experience of or Familiarity with Rockwell industrial automation / control equipment.
- Familiarity with the latest standards and regulations relevant to building control systems.
- Proficiency in software tools commonly used in the building controls sector.
