We are partnered with a bespoke luxury High End Residential Contractor with a turnover of over £50 million. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Business Development Manager with experience in construction fit-out and refurbishment projects.

As a Marketing/Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth, which requires industry knowledge, effective marketing strategies, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Marketing team to create, develop, and execute compelling content, and oversee lead generation campaigns, generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads that expand networks, strengthen brand trust, and nurture existing relationships.
  • Oversee the annual marketing strategy and identify business development needs and growth opportunities in conjunction with the super-prime residential market.
  • Track and analyse key metrics such as campaign ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to gather relevant materials, create original content, and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content flow, including developing and overseeing a variety of content formats such as email updates, monthly industry insights, company brochures, thought leadership articles, promotional videos, and other high-impact materials.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of events, developing and maintaining project timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely execution in alignment with key objectives and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets, adhering to company financial processes while maintaining accurate records and cost tracking.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering professional growth and maximizing performance to drive overall success.
  • Continuously monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and market developments within construction for informed strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular audits, analyse performance across all channels, and deliver insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.

Degree in marketing, business-related field, or equivalent practical experience complemented by a strong understanding of marketing theory and frameworks. Proven experience in marketing within the construction, fit-out, or refurbishment industry. Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning. Effective skills in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics (SEO tools). Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data to drive future success by identifying and optimising key performance metrics. Proficient in marketing automation and analysis tools, including email marketing software, using Google tools and social media analytics. Strong skills in digital marketing & content creation with the use of CapCut, Canva, Zoho, Final Cut Pro, and other related software.
