Duties include Supporting pupils within a mainstream setting with mild special educational needs including ASD, ADHD and / or SEMH Helping children focus, communicate and improve their love of learning Encouraging progress through consistency, kindness, and creativity Gaining first-hand insight into inclusive, impactful teaching Who You Are A graduate (any subject considered) motivated by making a difference and supporting young people We are looking to support Graduates able to demonstrate a patient, empathetic approach and strong communication skills Work experience with children or young people is an advantage but not essential What we can provide Full training and support from Tradewind, access to the National College\’s Database of training – FREE!
