Permanent – Full Time 40 Hours per week. We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer whose main trade is Plastering to join our team on our Ashford Contract based in Ashford, Kent, TN23 5TH.
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out multi trade repairs to a variety of properties. Candidates will have excellent working health and safety knowledge. Previous experience within a similar role is required. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve an excellent customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards
- CSCS Card - Blue or working towards
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working health and safety knowledge. Customer-focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. With the ability to work as a team and independently, you must also have good knowledge of damp treatments to fulfill this role.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
