The Technical Coordinator (Pre-Construction) will play a crucial role in supporting project planning and coordination before construction begins. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical requirements for construction projects and a proactive approach to facilitating communication among design, engineering, and construction teams. The Technical Coordinator will ensure that pre-construction activities align with technical standards, timelines, and budgetary guidelines, minimising risk and maximising efficiency.
