Job Title: Theatre Practitioner Trust:Wrightington Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust Location: Wrightington Hospital Ward: Theatres Pay Rates: £22.76 Shift Patterns: 9.5 hours per day Why might this job interest you? Patients are at their most vulnerable when they come in for surgery, often anxious and scared. You’ll be a key member of the surgery team helping and supporting patients before during and after surgery. You will be responsible for providing, compassionate, high quality safe care whilst working in an acute fast-paced environment. Patient safety and good practice depends not just on highly performing surgeons’, but also on effective surgical team working that enhances the performance of the team.
