We seek an experienced Technical Account Manager who has a background in telephony and networking to join our client based in Reading. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office each week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Account Manager. You’ll be supporting a key customer, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field.
The Technical Account Manager will have a background in the telecommunications industry with core network experience. Any prior experience of working in the security sector would be welcome. We’re expecting the Technical Account Manager to be able to work as a Pre / Post Sales resource for the team, providing excellent service to the customer.
The Technical Account Manager will join a global market leader in providing trusted Cybersecurity solutions. What’s Required?
- Telecommunications background with core network experience
- A good understanding and prior experience of lawful interception
- Experience covering 1st-4th line network support / a technical background within networking
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
- Technical account and project management experience, with pre and post sales experience would also be advantageous
