Title and Summary
Overview: We seek a strategic, results-driven Go to Market Program Manager to lead Open Banking efforts and market strategies in the financial services sector. You will align business objectives, technology, and customer needs to ensure successful market delivery of Open Banking solutions, collaborating with internal teams and strategic customers on complex projects.
Role: Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Define launch strategy, create detailed plans with timelines, resources, and milestones, and leverage SPM relationships for coordination.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the main contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment and resolving dependencies.
- Market Readiness: Oversee product deliverables, sales materials, training, and support systems, reinforcing the Studio framework.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide tools and training, aligning strategies with market trends.
- Customer Engagement: Act as liaison for strategic customers, meeting their needs and informing them of updates.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage launch, track KPIs, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure product support.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather post-launch feedback to refine strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks proactively.
