Job Title: Senior Managed Services Consultant (Oracle EPM Planning / Narrative Reporting)

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Henderson Drake is working with a leading EPM solution provider to find a Senior Managed Services Consultant who specialises in Oracle EPM Planning, with a focus on Narrative Reporting and EDMCS.

This role is ideal for someone with a support-focused background who thrives in a client-facing environment and is seeking a long-term opportunity within a stable, growth-orientated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage support services for Oracle EPM Planning and Narrative Reporting, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
• Handle hands-on configuration, scripting, and management of PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and EDMCS environments.
• Lead small teams, offering guidance, support, and hands-on expertise in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, delivering tailored solutions for their financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain configurations in PBCS, with a strong focus on Workforce Planning and Financial Planning Modules.
• Provide clear, customer-focused consulting and troubleshooting, even in challenging customer situations.
• Oracle EPM Expertise : Strong experience with PBCS scripting and configuration, especially in Workforce Planning and Financial Planning Modules .
• Narrative Reporting : Deep understanding of Oracle’s Narrative Reporting capabilities and best practices.
• Leadership : Experience in leading small teams while being hands-on with client engagements.
• Client-Facing Experience : Comfortable managing client relationships and handling potentially challenging client scenarios.
• EDMCS : Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) .
• Communication & Consulting Skills : Strong communication and client management skills, able to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Groovy Scripting .
• FP&A Knowledge : Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Additional knowledge of Workforce Planning within Oracle EPM.
• ServiceNow experience or other support tools.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL best practices.
