Fast Fit Technician

We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Fast Fit Technician to work on a full-time, permanent basis for our growing team.

As a Fast Fit Technician, you will:

1. Be competent in fast fit repairs i.e. Tyre fitting, vehicle alignment, exhausts, and brakes
2. Maintain the highest quality of workmanship
3. Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures
4. Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Accurate tyre repair and tyre fitting, the ability to diagnose exhaust and brake faults
2. Perform repairs when required, providing quality workmanship at all times, seeking advice and guidance when necessary
3. To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures
4. Remove and refit components and carry out related repairs or adjustments
5. Help the Company maintain its industry-leading standards

Skills, experience and qualities required:

1. Previous experience in a Fast-Fit environment
2. Full UK Driving Licence
3. Able to produce high-quality work within specified time frames
4. Able to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environment
5. Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
6. The ability to multitask and make appropriate decisions to benefit company performance
7. Experience of working in a similar role (qualifications desirable but not essential)
8. Reliable and able to work to deadlines
9. Friendly and approachable manner
